To schedule a practice find an open field and time for your division and send in a request by email at lswadministrator@lswsports.org
After it has been confirmed you will receive a reply e-mail and your name will be posted and highlighted in yellow to show you have that field reserved.
To reserve a field for an intramural game find and open field and time, confirm with the other coach and then send your division director an e-mail requesting the makeup game at that day and time slot. They will send it directly to the administrator.
All makeup intramural game will be highlighted in the division in which they play. ex a minors makeup game will be highlighted in yellow on the new date selected.
All regular season games from the original schedule are not highlighted.
All fields that are blank are open for intramural use during the week and on Saturdays.
Sundays is reserved for Travel only and is open.
LSW/Hotstove Scheduled games will be not be highlighted.
LSW/Hotstove rescheduled games will be highlighted in yellow.
Once a field is booked for practice the managers name and age group will appear in highlighted in Yellow.
